Kicking off the season in the Badger North Conference Relays at home, Waunakee swam to its third straight relays title Tuesday with a win over second-place Baraboo.

The Warriors scored 168 points for the team win; the Thunderbirds placed second with 156 points.

Waunakee took home five wins on the night, including the 500 free crescendo, 200 fly, 400 free, and both junior/senior and freshman/sophomore 200 free relays.

Baraboo won the 400 and 200 medley relays, the 4 x 100 IM relay, and the 200 backstroke relay.

DeForest, which finished third with 146 points, won the 200 breaststroke relay.
