Here are some FAQs about the new site:

Can I submit Top 30 times for other swimmer/divers on other teams?

The answer is no... You can only submit our own swimmers/divers to the Top 30. When you log-in to the site the site recognizes you as belonging to a specific school so... when you submit Top 30 entries they are automatically given your school name. It is the responsibility of the coaches to submit their own swimmers. If a swimmer you know from another team should be in the Top 30 but is not listed remind the coach to update the swimmers time or remind them to join the organization. With that said, Tom Caccia will submit some times from final results sent to him but we are trying to get away from that...

Can parents view the Top 30?

Currently they cannot but we are working on a parent membership where parents can sign up to view the Top 30 and some other information. Should be up and running sometime soon... we will let you know so you can pass it on to your parents. While parents will be able to view the Top 30 they will definitely not be able to submit times to the Top 30.

If I already paid my WISCA membership dues do I still have to register online?

Yes... you have to register but you don't have to pay again. To access the NEW Members-Only section of the website, you must log-on to http://www.wisca.net/register.php or click on the Join Now! link on the top right of the WISCA site. Once on the registration screen please fill in the requested information and select the type of membership you paid for (Individual or School). After submitting the information, you will receive an email with your password. Your password will work as soon as your account has been activated.

I registered on the WISCA website and my password doesn't work?

Your password does not work until your account has been activated. After registering, an email is also sent to Tim Foulks, our WISCA Treasurer. He confirms that you have indeed paid your dues and then activates your account. Sometimes it may take a couple days. As soon as your account has been activated you will receive an email confirmation and your password will work.

What if I can't remember the password given to me?

You can change your password to anything you want by clicking on change your password. If you forget your password just email Jason Verhelst and I will reset it for you.

How can I submit my Top 30 individuals and relays?

You can submit your Top 30 individuals and relays by simply clicking on the "Submit times/scores to Top 30" in the upper right corner of the Top 30 page. The times will be posted to the Top 30 after Tom Caccia approves them.
